Positive, The staff was super cute and were pretty good. Breakfast was a highlight with great options. Our room was clean and well-maintained. The location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. I appreciated the EV charging station!

The staff at front desk was awful. Very rude and was not pleasant to work with. Could not help me and ignored me after the fact.

The hotel was clean and had really helpful staff from the front desk to the maid service. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit and the Neutrogena products, for example, the location was excellent.

I appreciated the excellent EV charging station, which made my stay more convenient, along with the friendly staff who were accommodating.

The hotel is overpriced, especially with hidden fees. I was promised a king room, but instead was given a double queen that didn't meet our needs. The outdated decor and cramped breakfast area were disappointing and not what I expected from Hampton Inn.

Air conditioning system was noisy and inconsistent with temperature. Comforters were lumpy, pillows too airy. Carpeting was dated, room upholstered chairs stained.

I asked to pay in cash they had already charged my card after I asked them not to then I was asked to come back in 1 hour Just a thought I don't live there Very upset

The hampton inn in gainesville was underwhelming. I was disgusted to discover the pool closed without any notice. I expected at least, a free upgrade to a better room, but that clearly didn't happen. Rooms felt dated and inadequate. I almost left a nice review, but just couldn't ignore these glaring issues.
